Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jovily platform ("Service"), operated by Marco Braun, Schleißheimer Str. 69, 80797 München, Germany. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Jovily is a SaaS platform that provides a curated database of verified retail shops across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region). The Service enables users to search and filter retailers, save retailers to lists, and send tracked email outreach campaigns.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person or business entity.

Jovily offers paid subscription plans billed monthly in EUR. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period. No refunds are provided after outreach emails have been sent as part of a campaign, as the service has been rendered.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (UWG, GDPR, CAN-SPAM). You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk emails, harass recipients, or distribute misleading content. You are solely responsible for the content of your outreach campaigns. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

Retailer data in the Jovily database is collected from publicly available sources including Google Maps and public Impressum pages. While we make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. You use the data at your own discretion.

Jovily is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marco Braun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is München, Germany.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
